We offer efficient 24/7 service contracts that are tailored to your requirements and regularly assign a dedicated refrigeration engineer to each contract to forge a partnership with the client.
Through this system our refrigeration engineers come to be aware of your requirements and are able to appreciate the commercial impact that downtime in production or sales may cause. This all works towards ensuring you experience an excellent and efficient first fix ratio.
